MILAN TRANSFER NEWS – An important part of Elliot’s project is investing in young and very promising players. In January AC Milan purchased Leroy Abanda, Tiago Djalo and Nikolaos Michelis. Now the first youngster to join AC Milan is Andreas Jungdal.
The Rossoneri have completed the purchase of 17-year-old goalkeeper from Danish side Vejle. Born in 2002, 195 cm tall but good with his feet, Jungdal has just completed his medical before signing a long term contract with the Red and Blacks.
Milan had been following the young goalkeeper for some time, and last February he was on trial at Milanello. Jungdal also plays for the Denmark Under 17 national team.
The second youngster to join Andreas Jungdal at Milan could be Emanuel Vignato. According to Tuttopsort, the Rossoneri have already agreed an 8 million euros transfer fee for the Chievo Verona 18-year-old winger.
AC Milan have trusted the youth sector to head scout Geoffrey Moncada. It’s Moncada who discovers promising talents and will be responsible for reviving the Milan Primavera squad that hasn’t contributed for the first team lately.
