AC Milan offer details for Nikola Vlasic revealed
AC Milan are in advanced talks to sign Croatian attacking midfielder Nikola Vlasic. Russian sources reveal the details of the offer presented to CSKA Moscow.
CSKA Moscow attacking midfielder Nikola Vlasic has surprisingly emerged as the frontrunner to replace Hakan Calhanoglu. The Rossoneri and the Russian club are currently in negotiations and the Croatian star could land in Italy shortly.
Talks are at an advanced stage and the Russian press has revealed AC Milan’s bid details. According to Matchtv.ru, AC Milan would like to sign Vlasic initially on loan offering 5 million euros with an option to buy set at €20 million plus add-ons that would bring the total transfer fee close to €30 million.
The transfer may become obligatory if AC Milan qualify for Champions League next season. While CSKA Moscow are against letting their star midfielder leave on dry loan, the fact that the transfer becomes obligatory in case of Champions League participation may be enough to convince the Russian club.
Personal terms are not a problem and the 23-year-old has agreed to a long-term contract at around 2.5 million per season. The Rossoneri have been following Vlasic for a long time and the Croatia international was very close to joining Milan in 2017 before moving to Everton.
Some of Vlasic’s most important characteristics are his passing abilities and keen eye for goal. Last season Vlasic scored 12 goals and assisted 6 in 34 appearances with CSKA Moscow. A good dribbler always ready to take a shot represents the perfect replacement for Hakan Calhanoglu.
