AC Milan make six signings on transfer deadline day
The summer transfer window has closed with AC Milan making six signings on deadline day and three sales.
MILAN TRANSFER NEWS – After courting Angel Correa for around two months, AC Milan surprised fans, and not only, by signing Ante Rebic instead. The Croatian striker join on a two-year loan with the right to make the transfer permanent for €25 million plus add-ons.
Eintracht Frankfurt have signed Andre Silva in exchange. The Portuguese striker moves to Germany, likewise, on a two-year loan deal with the right to sign him on a permanent basis for the same figure.
In this last day of the summer transfer window AC Milan also tried to purchase Taison. Shakhtar Donetsk demanded €25 million for the Brazilian striker but the Rossoneri had no intention to pay that much for a 31-year-old player.
Today was a very busy day for Maldini, Boban and Massara because the management conducted a number of signings that will reinforce Milan Primavera. Simone Potop and Pasquale Costanzo have arrived on loan from Torino while centre-back Matteo Turato joins on the same formula from Cagliari.
The Rossoneri have purchased Giuseppe Cassano for an undisclosed fee while Andrea Sala arrives from Lecco on loan. At the same time, young goalkeeper Lillo Guarneri was sold to Royal Excel Mouscron. Przemyslaw Bargiel, 19-year-old attacking midfielder, returns to Poland at Slask Wroclaw.
