AC Milan offered Manchester United winger
Super agent Mino Raiola has offered AC Milan the opportunity to sign Manchester United attacking midfielder Jesse Lingard.
New year, same old story. The first outing of AC Milan in 2020 was another disappointing performance. Pioli’s side, despite dominating for the majority of the match, failed to secure a win against Sampdoria with the match ending in a goalless draw.
Even the help of Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the second half wasn’t enough to secure the three points. Another indication that the management must move on the transfer market and quickly with attacking-minded players a priority on Boban and Maldini’s list.
Sportitalia reports that agent Mino Raiola has offered Manchester United attacking midfielder to Jesse Lingard to AC Milan. Lingard is a new client of Raiola who brokered the signing of Ibrahimovic and represents other Milan players like Donnarumma, Romagnoli and Bonaventura.
Sky Sport reports that Lingard signed a four-year deal with Manchester United in 2017 which is due to expire at the end of next season, unless the Premier League club trigger an option for a further year.
The 27-year-old England international can also play as right or left winger. Manchester United reportedly rate Lingard at €45 million but, considering his contract situation, hardly any club will spend such a fee on him. Jesse Lingard has made 18 league appearances this season without finding the back of the net once.
