AC Milan held a meeting today with the agent of Pietro Pellegri to discuss about the future of the Italian striker.
Today has been an intensive day at Casa Milan with the mercato taking centre stage. The Rossoneri are dealing with a couple of internal situations they need to solve quickly and at the same time Maldini and Massara are working to make Stefano Pioli’s squad more competitive.
In the meantime, AC Milan held an unexpected meeting today with Giuseppe Riso. Riso is the agent of AC Milan duo Sandro Tonali and Pietro Pellegri. However, it was the future of the Italian striker the topic of discussion between the parties.
Pellegri joined AC Milan during the summer on loan from Monaco. Nevertheless, the 20-year-old Italian centre forward has not contributed much this season often closed by Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud. A early departure has been rumored for the young striker who wants to play with greater continuity in order to find his best form but that won’t be the case.
According to reports from MilanNews.it, Pellegri will end the season at AC Milan. The Italian has received offers from Torino and Genoa but AC Milan want to keep him. In fact, AC Milan discussed with Giuseppe Riso on the possibility making Pellegri’s transfer permanent from Monaco.
It was a first meeting and in the coming weeks there will be others to elaborate on the matter. AC Milan want to bet on the player again for next season reports MilanNews. This season Pietro Pellegri has made only six appearances without finding the back of the net. Currently the 20-year-old is out because of a muscle injury.
