AC Milan will sign a new attacking midfielder this summer. The Rossoneri have a three-names list of targets reports Tuttosport.

AC Milan are leading the race for the Scudetto and everyone at Milanello is focused on this great objective. But in the meantime, the management has already started to think and plan the summer transfer market. In particular, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are focused in midfield where there will almost certainly be the farewell of Franck Kessie, in addition to the possible ones of Tiemoue Bakayoko and Rade Krunic.

Yacine Adli will join AC Milan at the end of the season from Bordeaux. Adli has often been used in the attacking midfielder role in France but coach Stefano Pioli wants a player of different characteristics. Tuttosport reports that AC Milan have a three-names list for the job. Two players are already familiar with Serie A while another plays in Belgium.

The list is headed by Atalanta’s Ruslan Malinovskyi. The Ukrainian star has done really well since joining the Bergamo club in 2019. A key player for coach Gasperini, Malinovskyi has scored 9 goals and assisted 2 in 30 appearances so far. The contract of Malinovskyi with Atalanta expires in one season, nevertheless, they ask for 30 million euros for their prized attacking midfielder.

Another player that is impressing in Serie A is Nedim Bajrami. The 23-year-old Albanian star of Empoli is playing his first season in Italy’s top tier but that has not been a problem. Bajrami has scored 9 goals and assisted 5 in 29 appearances so far helping Empoli reach a surprising mid-table position. Bajrami’s market value is between 10 and 15 million euros.

The most expensive player on the list is Noa Lang. The talented Dutch starlet plays as left winger for Club Brugge but the Rossoneri believe he can do equally well in the attacking midfielder role. AC Milan have been following him since last year. Noa Lang is having another great season with 8 goals and 13 assists so far. With a contract until 2025, Brugge pretend at least €30 million to part ways with Lang
