Milan to beat Inter and Juventus for €40m Fiorentina midfielder
AC Milan are ready to battle Inter and Juventus in order to sign Fiorentina midfielder Gaetano Castrovilli.
Every Serie A club is crazy for Gaetano Castrovilli. The Fiorentina midfielder is one of the best Italian talents in circulation at the moment. A quality, ductile and generous footballer. It is no coincidence that the best Italian teams have been on his trail for quite some time, from Roma to Inter, passing through the usual Juventus always attentive on Italian players.
According to Calciomercato, AC Milan would also have begun to mature the idea of making an attempt to sign Castrovilli. A purchase to inject youth and inspiration into the Rossoneri midfield for next season. Milan are setting up a real strategy in order to lead the competition for the 23-year-old central midfielder.
The first move will be to rely on the red and black sympathy of Castrovilli. The Italy international has declared long ago that Ricardo Kaka was his absolute idol, that he auditioned for Bari with Ronaldinho’s jersey and that he often followed Shevhcenko.
Offering him the chance to play with AC Milan, a club he loved as a kid, perhaps wearing Kaka’s number 22 jersey could be a huge stimulus for Castrovilli.
Then there is the opportunity of being a regular starter at San Siro. At other teams like Inter or Juventus, Castrovilli would risk being a mere alternative, one of many. At the Rossoneri he would certainly be a first minute starter, an untouchable in midfield alongside Benaccer.
The third factor concerns the deal between Milan and Fiorentina. The Viola really like Lucas Paqueta, who could be included in the negotiation to get Castrovilli. The Brazilian is valued at 30 million while Fiorentina star 40 million. A solution that could make everyone happy.
