AC Milan could include two of their most promising youngsters in talks to sign Charles De Ketelaere from Club Brugge.
Charles De Ketelaere has become AC Milan’s number one transfer target. Paolo Maldini and coach Stefano Pioli consider him the prefect number ten for the Rossoneri. AC Milan have already seen an opening bid rejected but the Rossoneri will soon make an improved bid of around €25 million.
However, that may not be enough. Calciomercato.com reports that two highly-rated AC Milan youngsters could be included in this operation. Club Brugge value De Ketelaere at least €35 million so Primavera gems Andreas Jungdal and Emil Roback could be used to eliminate the difference between the parties.
The 20-year-old Danish goalkeeper of AC Milan Primavera has been part of the first team on several occasions but has yet to make his official debut with Pioli’s squad. The management is considering whether to let him leave on loan or stay for another season with the Primavera squad.
Two years ago AC Milan spent 1.5 million to sign Emil Roback from Hammarby. Roback made his professional debut on a Cup match last season against Genoa. The 19-year-old is a ductile player that has been deployed in every possible position in attack. Roback is part of Sweden’s U-19 squad.
Both Jungdal and Roback are of Nordic origins, a region that Brugge keep a close eye for potential talents. The Belgian club have reportedly expressed their interest in AC Milan’s young duo during talks between the two clubs. The Rossoneri are evaluation all options but they’re reluctant to let both their talents leave.
