AC Milan plan to make three of four signings this summer. This objective was decisive in convincing Maldini and Massara to stay.
AC Milan recently announced the contract renewals of Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara. The two will continue to take care of the transfer market for the next two years. Now it’s time for the Rossoneri to make up for the lost time and be active on the market as confirmed by Maldini himself.
RedBird owner Gerry Cardinale convinced Maldini to stay with the promise of improving the squad with 3-4 new singings this summer. Having lost Sven Botman after working over six months for his signing, and risking to repeat the same with Renato Sanches, Milan need to accelerate talks for other targets.
So far, the Rossoneri have announced the permanent signing of Florenzi. Origi is a matter of time while Pobega and Adli have returned to the base after their respective loans. That’s just the beginning because Pioli’s squad will be improved with other new arrivals despite the limited transfer budget.
Botman’s alternative will probably be a young defender rater than Bremer. A similar operation to the one that brought Pierre Kalulu at San Siro. AC Milan will try until the very end to convince Renato Sanches. The Portuguese midfielder had an agreement with the Rossoneri but the intrusion of PSG has complicated everything. Nevertheless, Milan are hopefully. Otherwise another player with similar characteristic to Kessie will arrive but the a cost close to that of Sanches, no more than 20 million.
Significant investments have been reserved for the attack. The two priorities are a new right winger and an attacking midfielder. Charles De Ketelaere is the top choice for the playmaker role while Paulo Dybala the summer dream. Hakim Ziyech (only on loan), Marco Asensio, Berardi and Noa Lang are the alternatives for the right wing.
