Torino vs Milan

For the next Serie A match AC Milan vs Torino coach Stefano Pioli will confirm the 4-2-3-1 formation.

The Rossoneri failed to win any of their two big games against Serie A’s leading clubs but, despite the underwhelming results, Pioli’s side demonstrated confidence and promising play. Against Torino, it’s time for AC Milan to return to the winning ways.

Considering the positive impact in the Coppa Italia with Juventus, Pioli will confirm the 4-2-3-1 formation for Milan vs Torino reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Despite AC Milan vs Torino being the third match in nine days, coach Stefano Pioli has no intention of making any rotation. As always, Gianluigi Donnarumma will protect the goal. Davide Calabria will take Conti’s spot on the right with the former Atalanta being suspended for one match. Theo Hernandez will be on the left with Simon Kjaer and Alessio Romagnoli forming the central duo.

Ismael Bennacer and Franck Kessie will be in command at the center but there will be one change in midfield. Hakan Calhanoglu was supposed to start from the first minute but he suffered a muscly injury yesterday and is unavailable for Milan vs Torino. A golden opportunity for Lucas Paqueta to earn more minutes because the former Flamengo has not started from the first minute for three months. The Brazilian will take the role of attacking midfielder and with Samu Castillejo on the right wing and in-form Ante Rebic on the left.

Zalatan Ibrahimovic will guide the attack on his own counting on the support of Castillejo, Paqueta and Rebic. Once again Rafael Leao will remain on the bench with Pioli option for only one striker.

AC MILAN (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Castillejo, Lucas Paqueta, Rebic; Ibrahimovic.

TORINO (3-5-2): Sirigu; Lyanco, Nkoulou, Bremer; De Silvestri, Lukic, Rincon, Aina; Berenguer, Belotti, Verdi.
